We may soon be welcoming a new circle in a new Kwoon to the Shen Lung Kung Fu family!

Thanks guys.  It sure feels great to be actively participating in the art again, and so far it has been a great group to work with.  They haven't hesitated to "get in the wheel barrow" with me, putting up with cold weather and soggy earth with zero complaints.  I sure did miss it!
